Summer Quenchers w/ Beer!!

Toad Hollow Risque NV
This "vin vivant" (lively wine) is a crisp and fruity sparkling wine with low alcohol (6%) and the taste of fresh green apples and pears. Softly effervescent with just enough sweetness to seduce your palate as an aperitif or tempt you when you want something perfectly naughty to finish ... or, perhaps ... to start again!

Bricco Rosato’06
This Rosato wine was made from red grapes by drawing the fresh juice away from the skins. The brief contact with the skins gives the wine its light red, (or rose),, color. This off-dry, light-bodied wine should be served chilled and may accompany a variety of lighter fare. Or simply enjoy a glass under the shade on a hot afternoon.

Poverty Road Pinot Gris ’05
Poverty Road Pinot Gris is produced from purchased fruit in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. This light white wine is a starter wine, training wheels, a quencher of thirst for those travelling our long road and a rocking chair wine, all in one package. The fruit is sourced from nearby vineyards and is a whole cluster pressing. It is fermented in closed topped stainless steel fermenters and is not stored in oak.

Les Travevses Cotes du Ventoux
Fairly deep red-garnet with violet reflections. Notes of red fruits and spice and white pepper and garrigue. On the palate: Pure and clean with sweet, soft, well-rounded tannins. Long, warm fruity finish.

Lindemans Framboise Lambic
Fruit lambics, like Lindemann's Framboise, are sweet, fruity, and fantastic. The hops, four times the amount used in other beers, are aged for three years, though there is little hops bitterness. They are fermented in dark cellars, keeping the spiders around to keep away the fruit flies. This brew is everything described above plus delicious. It’s fruity, sweet bouquet gives it excellent standing as a dessert beer.

Spaten Pils Lager
The classic Bavarian pilsner, bottom fermented. Bottom fermented pilsner style beer. Very elegant, pale in color, dry and hoppy. Its crisp clean taste is due to the extra fine Bavarian hops.

Lost Coast Brewing Great White
A crisp beer with a hint of citrus, made with two-row malted barley, unmalted wheat, a secret blend of Humboldt herbs, crystal clear mountain water and ale yeast.

Caldera Brewing IPA
An American-style India Pale Ale brewed with plenty of body and an assertive hop profile.
